Answer: About 10 years as a business, providing loving care to animals has been a lifetime event
Does your company administer medication to animals if it’s required?
Answer: Yes, we will give your animals medication according to your detailed instructions. We will give oral medications, topical, or injections
How does the process work?
Answer: After we receive your phone call, we will take down all of your information, provide you with a list of current client references, and schedule a FREE initial meeting where we will meet you and your pets and find out all of their care needs. We sign a contract and collect your key at that time. We will send you updates during your trip as to how your pet is doing
Is your company insured?
Answer: Yes we are fully insured and bonded for our protection and yours
What types of animals do you care for?
Answer: We care for most all types of animals from the cats, dogs and birds, to reptiles, gerbils, and fish, sorry no farm animals though
How do we arrange payment?
Answer: Typically clients leave payment inside on the first day of their trip, or they can make payment on Paypal if preferred.
Do you offer any type of discounts?
Answer: We try to keep our fees reasonable and if you have a long trip, we can make arrangements with you. We do offer a referral bonus which would provide some free petsitting time for you if you refer a friend to use our services
I worry about my pets while I'm on vacation, is there a way to check on them?
Answer: Yes, you will have a direct contact number for your pet sitter and can contact them whenever you like. We can also arrange to have them call, text, or email you with updates on your furry loved ones
